This section describes the requirements and the compatible versions for Foglight for MongoDB.
Foglight for MongoDB is compatible with MongoDB 2.4+. However, some data may not be available in earlier versions. The following list shows the minimum MongoDB versions required to monitor certain features.
Additionally, Foglight for MongoDB can be used to monitor MongoDB clusters hosted on the MongoDB’s PaaS offering Atlas, with some minor platform restrictions. The Foglight for Atlas MongoDB cartridge offers additional monitoring of Atlas-specific features, and is the recommended option for such clusters.
